I started my football career at DEFENSOR SPORTING CLUB, where I played in the youth categories from the age of 14 and made my professional debut in 1987.

For a decade, I was trained by outstanding professionals who formed me as a soccer player and person, achieving two Uruguayan championships and two pre-liberator leagues with my teammates.

After standing out as a player, I moved to Italy and played for 6 years, completing my career and beginning my coaching training at the U.S. Soccer Team. FALL OFF.

In the 1999/2000 season, in my first year as coach of the first team, we won the category title.

I expanded my training in Spain, obtaining the Title of National Football Coach and Senior Sports Technician awarded by the Royal Spanish Football Federation.

I returned to DEFENSOR SPORTING in 2009 to coach the under 14 and under 15 categories.

Between 2011 and 2016, I gained experience in business management before founding the consulting firm SQP Sport Quality Partner.

In 2017, I resumed my work at Defensor Sporting, coaching the under 15 category and winning the Uruguayan championship in the category.

In May 2019, I was appointed General Coordinator of the club's training, leading a team that achieved outstanding results in skills and personal development.

In December 2021, my time as General Coordinator ended, standing out for leading a team that stood out at a competitive and development level during the pandemic.

In January 2022, I assumed the position of technical assistant in the first professional team of Defensor Sporting.

In February 2023, I took on the challenge of forming a new squad and directing on the field as head coach of the first team of Central Español SAD, with the aim of reestablishing the sense of belonging and achieving promotion. Despite the difficulties, the team showed enormous effort and professionalism, almost reaching promotion
